How do I know which size to choose?
Each product has a Size Guide located next to the “Add to Cart” button. It explains exactly which body areas to measure and how to find the size that fits you best.
Are the belts unisex?
Yes! Most of our kidney warmers and hernia belts are designed for both men and women unless stated otherwise.
Can I wear the belt under my clothes?
Absolutely. All our belts are designed to be discreet and comfortable under everyday clothing.
Are the materials skin-friendly?
Yes. We use breathable, non-itchy, and hypoallergenic materials like cotton, merino wool, and angora for your comfort.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across most European countries.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver across all European countries and the UK. If you wish to place an order outside of Europe, you can still complete your purchase — we’ll contact you afterward to confirm international shipping options and pricing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, you can return any unused product within 14 days of receiving it. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How do I return a product?
Simply fill out the Return Form available on our website and follow the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
