*HOW TO CORRECT YOUR POSTURE!
1. Be extra careful when selecting the right size. This will affect the quality and result of your treatment.
2. We recommend starting wearing it from 15-20 minutes per day increasing time of wearing gradually.
3. Put the corrector over your underwear, which should tightly enwrap your body. When the shoulder part is on please take the straps that should be fastened in front, pull them downwards as far as you can and only then fasten. It should feel more comfortable on.
4. You may feel some pain in your armpits as a result of pressure on your shoulders. It means you have a bad posture. The pain will go away as you continue wearing the corrector. You can the pressure level through Velcro fasteners.
5. The corrector will deform and adjust to your body shape as you wear it. At the same time, you will also be able to fine-tune the corrector thanks to the product’s elasticity.
