Delivery Terms

We deliver to most European countries via trusted couriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, offering home delivery and parcel locker options where available.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch.

All duties or taxes applicable in the destination country must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. This right applies only to consumers (not legal entities).

Returned items must be unused beyond their intended testing purpose, with original packaging preserved. If the item is damaged or signs of misuse are detected, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund in proportion to the loss of value.

To use the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must fill in the Return Form available at befit24.eu no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the reason is an error by the Online Store (e.g. incorrect or damaged product).

The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.

If a more expensive shipping option was selected than the default offered, the Online Store is not obliged to reimburse the price difference.

Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Products

The Online Store is responsible for any defects or non-conformities existing at the time of delivery or arising within 6 months, provided they are not caused by improper use. The Buyer must report defects within 2 months of discovery by emailing contact@befit24.eu.

If a defect is confirmed, the Buyer has the right to request a repair or replacement free of charge. If these are not possible, a full refund will be issued. A written response will be provided within 15 days of the complaint.

Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

Only personal data required for processing orders (e.g. name, email, address) is collected and processed.

Data may be shared with delivery service providers to ensure shipment. If you’ve opted in to marketing communications, we may send you offers and updates to the email you provided. You may opt out anytime by contacting contact@befit24.eu.

Dispute Resolution Procedure

All disputes are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer and the Online Store will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, via Latvian courts.

Consumers also have the right to submit disputes to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or use EU-level Online Dispute Resolution bodies.
